How Group Seat Distribution System works for you
Travel agents block group seats from airlines for selected departures and destinations and load them into the system, which distributes them to B2B agents and B2C customers through their portals.
The system shows available seats for the selected destination and dates, with fares inclusive of taxes. It books the requested seats and issues an e-ticket with a confirmed PNR once payment succeeds.
Passenger details are captured under the same PNR, inventory updates automatically, and the final name list is sent to the airline one month before departure.
